Kia Ora welcome back to my blog, this is the Step it up Create a superhero challenge. In this one we have to, 1st design and create your nemesis which I put as Sato (random name.) I had to create Sato for a rival to Saki, Saki is my Superhero. To create my rival which is Sato I went to the AI app again to create him, I wrote several different words and I found the one i was looking for. After that the next step was to make a comic strip with the 2 characters. There were 2 comic strips to pick from, 1 was a rectangle one and the other was a square, I picked the rectangle to get more room. Well it’s very very short but hope you like it, if it doesn’t make sense sorry about that I just tried to create something

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. I know I haven’t been posting for a while but now Summer Learning Journey is back so I will be posting everyday for you. Today’s task is to make a superhero, 1st I check this slide that year 8 students made to get some idea of my superhero, I made it basic with a background and a women but I am going to tell you things about her. Next we had to write a list of things you want your superhero to have. Then to create it we had 3 options, 1 go on google drawing, 2 an AI app to create your character using the list of words you wrote down and option 3, which is kleki. I first made my character using the AI app then I added a background in the good drawing and paste my character now I am going to tell you about her.

Challenges they faced: When the moon comes she hides, She gets saved from her ability speed from the fire.

Hello, in digitech room 9 and 10 were making a Black Out Poem. You have to pick a poem and find different words from it and make a poem out of it. I found a story about Gemma, and I also added a photo of her. I picked some words to make a poem and created it from a story

Hello, welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to share all the poems that I did in the past 1, 2 or 3 weeks. Room 9, 10 and 12 were doing poems. We first did Haiku poems, next we did Acrostic, after that we did 5 sense poems, then Limericks, I would say limericks were my favourite, then we did Cinquain and finally we did Concrete/Shape Poems. Hello, welcome back to my blog. This will be the last blog for the student summit today. This was the final session where I was presenting. It was so frustrating, me and my friends did so much hard work just to present minecraft because we didn’t know lots about it. The skills they learnt were how to add skins, how to get into minecraft, how to download it and insert it into minecraft, we only could do up to skins because we didn’t have that much time. They had really fun playing but not us because we were frustrated. Some of the presentations helped them by understanding each and every step we added. I was running the tool kit with my friends and we all thought that we should have shortened up the slides because there were too many so that’s why we could not finish. This tool is useful for creativity and making cool things on it. You can go on a gamemode called creative which you can fly and do anything, but on survival is where you are kinda like in a real world were that if someone punches you then you lose hearts, there is lots of stuff to learn in minecraft.

Hello, welcome back to another blog post. This was session 2 that last session is 3 which is the last one. The stick Spring Challenges was the one I went to. It was sticks in a cool pattern, it needed stamina to balance and it was pretty hard to do. I learned how to keep stamina on the sticks to not make it collapse. The videos made the task a bit easy to do. The kid that was teaching us did a good job rewinding and playing the video. If I was running the toolkit I would explain it properly because it wasn’t explained properly so it didn’t really work. This tool would be useful in creating cool things and crafting something new and innovative.
